Some paintings feel less invented than discovered.

Infinite Intelligence emerged from that mysterious place where intuition overtakes analysis—where memory, nature, and imagination begin speaking the same language.

The emerald greens carry the living presence of the Panamanian rainforest that surrounds my studio. Gold leaf catches the changing light like sunlight filtering through the canopy after tropical rain. Hidden passages of violet reveal themselves slowly, much like orchids that appear only when we stop rushing and begin to truly look.

Every layer preserves the memory of what came before. Nothing is erased. Each decision remains beneath the surface, quietly contributing to the whole—much like our own lives.

Leonardo da Vinci wrote that “the painter has the universe in his mind and hands.” Those words have become a quiet companion in my practice. Painting has become less about control and more about listening—allowing nature, beauty, and something infinitely wiser than the analytical mind to guide each gesture.

To me, infinite intelligence is the quiet order that reveals itself when we stop forcing outcomes. It is the same unseen wisdom that unfolds a fern, guides vines toward light, teaches birds to sing before dawn, and transforms tiny seeds into forests.

My role is simply to pay attention.
